Bus Users has been supporting researchers at the University of Southampton and Newcastle University in their work to encourage people back on board buses and return passenger numbers to pre-pandemic levels.
The team has hosted online events, run workshops, and produced reports and videos in support of its research. The work has included four short animated films ‘You’re never alone on the bus’, emphasising how safe bus travel is and what extra precautions we can all take to protect ourselves and others.
