Beyond BSIPS saw presentations from Jack Holland, Head of Business Development UK at Padam Mobility, Andrew Highfield, Head of Integrated Transport at Hertfordshire County Council and Simon Lusby, Head of Transport Planning at City Science.
Claire focused on the current barriers facing passengers when it comes to DRT and what communities need from transport. She called for a complete rethink of DRT to ensure its success as part of future sustainable transport.
