We’re calling on bus and coach operators to tell us about the great work they’re doing to improve access to transport,
Our latest Accessibility Audit which is open throughout March, takes a few moments to complete but will help build an annual snapshot of the work being done to improve access to transport with the findings shared among passengers, disability groups, operators and the wider industry.
The aim is to highlight best practice, innovation and encourage operators to think more inclusively when planning and designing services.
