Find out how you could win a Smart Watch

We've launched a new campaign #ilovemybus to celebrate the benefits of bus travel and the diversity of passengers, ahead of Catch the Bus Week (2-8 July 2018).

The campaign invites people to send in a selfie of themselves on a bus with a caption to say why their bus is so important to them. The best selfie and #ilovemybus caption will win an Apple Smart Watch, generously donated by Transdev Blazefield.

We're keen to encourage a broad cross-section of people to get involved. Launching the competition, Dawn Badminton-Capps, Director of Bus Users England said: “Buses ease congestion, are good for the environment, and are used by more people than any other form of public transport.

“Bus passengers represent every social group and include people of all ages and from all backgrounds, and we want to celebrate that. Asking bus users to share their selfies and captions will showcase the diversity of passengers and the reasons why they love their bus.”

#ilovemybus will run from today until 28 July when we'll be judging the best selfie and caption.

Entries can be sent in by twitter using the tag @BusUsersUK, on the Bus Users UK Facebook page or by email to supporters@bususers.org Photos sent in by email will be shared on social media and on the Bus Users website.
